TO INSPIRE AND EDUCATE TOMORROW'S WORKFORCE, CHANGING LIVES IN AND THROUGH MANUFACTURING, PROMOTION AND SUPPORT OF THE NATIONAL ROBOTICS LEAGUE, A ROBOTICS COMPETITION FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THAT EXPOSES THEM TO MANUFACTURING, AND PROVIDING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION PROGRAMS FOR THE NTMA.

TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL ROBOTICS LEAGUE COMPETITION FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS THAT IS DESIGNED AS AN EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE TO ENHANCE THE STUDENTS' STEM SKILLS TO QUALIFY THOSE STUDENTS TO FIND EMPLOYMENT IN THE SKILLED MANUFACTURING SECTOR IN THE UNITED STATES AND FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN LOCAL EMPLOYERS AND STUDENTS THAT MAY LEAD TO EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE STUDENTS.
AMPED WAS FORMED TO CREATE AN UNIFIED EFFORT TO ENGAGE, INSPIRE AND PREPARE AMERICA'S PRECISION MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE. LED BY HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND DIVERSE GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS TO ATTACK THIS MISSION WITH VIGOR, AMPED IS FOCUSED ON PROMOTION AND RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS DIRECTING INTERESTED PARTIES TO EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. CONNECTING TALENT WITH OPPORTUNITIES IN THE INDUSTRY, THE AMPED CAREER CENTER IS DESIGNED FOR JOB SEEKERS LOOKING FOR THEIR NEXT CAREER, AND FOR EMPLOYERS SEEKING NEW EMPLOYEES.
