IS A NON-PROFIT RESOURCE THAT ASSISTS THE UNDERSERVED POPULATION AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS AT VARIOUS LEVELS, THROUGH HEALTH PROMOTION AWARENESS EDUCATION, MENTORSHIP, COUNSELING, ADVOCACY, AND PARTNERSHIPS FOR A HEALTHIER OUTCOME. VIGOR HEALTH DRIVE, INC. (VHD) IS AN INDEPENDENT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION CREATED TO FACILITATE HEALTH PROMOTION AND DISEASE PREVENTION IN OUR COMMUNITIES. THIS UNIQUE, NURSE-BASED INITIATIVE FOUNDED IN ATLANTA GEORGIA, HAS BEEN WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER AGENCIES TO CATER TO THE UNMET NEEDS OF THE LESS FORTUNATE, INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES SINCE ITS CONCEPTION IN 2015.
