THE PLANNED ACTIVITIES OF THE DONALD BERNSTEIN FAMILY FOUNDATION INCLUDE DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE EXEMPT FROM TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) IF THE IRS. THE FOUNDATION WILL DISTRIBUTE ITS FUNDS TO INSTITUTIONS THAT SHARE THE SAME PHILANTHROPIC GOALS AND IDEALS AS THE DONALD BERNSTEIN FAMILY, WHICH INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS THAT FOCUS ON THE JEWISH FAITH AND THE JEWISH COMMUNITY OF NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA.
