WE PROVIDE VERY LOW COST SPORTS TRAINING TO STUDENT ATHLETES, ACCESS TO SPORTS SCIENCES (INJURY PREVENTION, SPORTS NUTRITION AND PSYCHOLOGY) AND ACADEMIC DIRECTION TO AID ON THE PATHWAY TO PLAY SPORTS IN COLLEGE. WE USE OUR DONATIONS TO DIRECTLY REDUCE THE OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE PROGRAMS, SO THAT OUR FAMILIES CAN PAY LESS.

PARTNERED WITH SOCCER CLUBS IN DELAWARE TO STRENGTHEN PROGRAMMING FOR FEMALE SOCCER PLAYERS.SUCCESSFUL 2023 WPSL SEASON FOR THE OSPREYS, SHOWCASING DELAWARE COLLEGIATE PLAYERS. WORK WITH DYSA GIRLS INITIATIVE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR PROGRAMMING FOR UNDERSERVICED COMMUNITIES
CONTINUED WITH OUR GIRLS EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM WITH OUR WPSL TEAM, THE OSPREYS. OSPREY PLAYERS RAN CAMPS SPECIFICALLY TAILORED TO YOUNG, FEMALE ATHLETES. CONTINUED WITH COMMUNITY SERVICE AND PLAYER INTERACTIONS ON GAME DAYS TO SHOW HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO GREAT THINGS. ALL OSPREY PLAYERS ARE ON COLLEGE SOCCER TEAMS AND MAJORING IN MEDICAL, SCIENCE AND EDUCATION CONCENTRATIONS.
PARTNERSHIP WITH DYSA GIRLS INITIATIVE...THIS INNER CITY BASED PROGRAM BRINGS SOCCER TO TEENAGE GIRLS WHO, IN NORMAL SITUATIONS, WOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SOCCER PROGRAMS. WORKED WITH PROGRAM LEADERS TO SECURE FUNDING, DEVELOP TRAINING PROGRAM AND DONATED EXCESS TRAINING EQUIPMENT.
