WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CAREER EXPOSURE: THIS SIX WEEK PROGRAM FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH DELIVERS AN INTRODUCTION TO SPORTS BASED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COACHING THROUGH MARTIAL ARTS INCLUDES JOB READINESS, PHILOSOPHY, AND HANDS ON TRAINING. ZHANG SAH PARTNERS WITH THE PHILADELPHIA YOUTH NETWORK AND POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE TO DELIVER THIS PROGRAM.
