CONFERENCE MINISTRY: COVID-19 CONTINUED TO AFFECT OUR ABILITY TO ENGAGE OUR TYPICAL FULL-DAY CONFERENCES BUT WE CONTINUED TO SERVE CHURCHES BY HOSTING SMALLER OUTDOOR EVENTS IN VARIOUS REGIONS ACROSS THE STATE IN 2021. NOBLE WARRIORS PARTNERED WITH CHURCHES ACROSS THE STATE TO HOST A TOTAL OF 11 NOBLE MAN TAILGATE EVENTS IN MIDLOTHIAN MECHANICSVILLE LYNCHBURG ROANOKE DANVILLE WAYNESBORO CHARLOTTESVILLE ROANOKE SUFFOLK MECHANICSVILLE AND CHESTERFIELD. APPROXIMATELY 800 MEN FROM ROUGHLY 50 CHURCHES PARTICIPATED. WHILE THIS PALES IN COMPARISON TO OUR TYPICAL CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE IT STILL ALLOWED US TO SERVE CHURCHES AND ENGAGE MEN ACROSS THE STATE.
NOBLE RESOURCES - COACHING TOOLS MANGER BUILD DAD'S TOOLS: IN 2021 OUR TEAM CONTINUED TO BUILD OUR PODCAST MINISTRY AND SAW GROWTH IN PARTICIPATION AND IMPACT. THIS RESOURCE HELPS EQUIP MEN TO LEAD THEIR FAMILIES WELL AND REMINDS PASTORS TO INVEST STRATEGICALLY IN MEN. NOBLE WARRIORS ALSO ENGAGED IN A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH A DOCUMENTARY FILM ON FATHERHOOD SHOW ME THE FATHER THAT POINTED TO THE EXTREME VALUE OF EFFECTIVE FATHERING AND MENTORING. WHILE THE RESPONSE TO OUR DAD'S TOOLS RESOURCE COOLED A BIT FROM 2020 ENGAGEMENT WAS STILL ROBUST WITH SALES OF THIS SIMPLE RESOURCE TO CHURCHES LITERALLY ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
CHURCH CONSULTING - REGIONAL TEAMS: AS COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS BEGAN TO LOOSEN WE WERE ABLE TO ENGAGE CHURCH LEADERS AND MEN'S SMALL GROUPS MORE DIRECTLY AND OUR IN-PERSON CONSULTING EFFORTS REBOUNDED SLIGHTLY. ADDITIONALLY OUR TEAM INVESTED MORE TIME AND ENERGY INTO IMPROVING OUR COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES AND EFFECTIVENESS. OUR MODIFIED DIRECT EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA EFFORTS SPOKE MORE DIRECTLY TO RESOURCING MEN'S SMALL GROUP LEADERS PASTORS AND MEN'S MINISTRY LEADERS.
