MONTANA POST-SECONDARY SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES BASED ON FINANCIAL NEED, ACADEMIC SUCCESS AND A COMMITMENT TO "PAY IT FORWARD" IN THEIR COMMUNITY.
