IN FISCAL YEAR 2021, NEIGHBORWORKS GREAT FALLS COMPLETED 2 FAMILY HOMES, COMPLETED 10 SELF-HELP SWEAT EQUITY HOMES, PROVIDED 29 FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS WITH DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE TO PURCHASE HOMES, GRADUATED 330 FAMILIES FROM HOMEBUYER EDUCATION COURSES AND HELPED 466 NEIGHBORS UTILIZE FINANCIAL PLANNING, INCLUDING FORECLOSURE PREVENTION AND REVERSE MORTGAGE SUPPORT SERVICES, AND 24 NEIGHBORS USED OUR MATCHED SAVINGS PROGRAMS.
