PRERELEASE CENTER PROGRAM REVENUES MAKE UP 47% OF THE TOTAL PROGRAM REVENUES FOR THE PERIOD. THE PRERELEASE CENTER PROVIDES SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING, COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL PROGRAMMING, AND JOB TRAINING FOR INDIVIDUALS RELEASED FROM PRISON TO ASSIST THEIR TRANSITION BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY.
THE ELKHORN TREATMENT FACILITY MAKES UP 41% OF TOTAL PROGRAM REVENUES FOR THE PERIOD. THIS PROGRAM MAINTAINS A WOMEN'S TREATMENT CENTER/PRISON FOR THOSE CONVICTED OF CERTAIN DRUG-RELATED CRIMES, OR SUFFERING FROM CO-OCCURRING MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER.
