TO ASSIST MEN AND WOMEN FROM LANE COUNTY RELEASED FROM OREGON STATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES AND THE LANE COUNTY JAIL IN MAKING A SUCCESSFUL RE-ENTRY INTO THE COMMUNITY. SUCCESS RESULTS IN: (1) A SAFER COMMUNITY; (2) THE REUNIFICATION OF FAMILIES AND CHILDREN; (3) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE RELEASED OFFENDER AS A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL FOR HIS/HER CHILDREN; AND (4) CITIZENS WHO PAY TAXES AND ARE CONTRIBUTING, PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.

SPONSORS PROVIDES A BROAD RANGE OF SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE SUCCESSFUL REINTEGRATION OF PEOPLE WITH CONVICTION HISTORIES IN LANE COUNTY, OREGON. GUIDED BY THE VALUES OF "DIGNITY, EMPOWERMENT, AND COMMUNITY," THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO REDUCE HOMELESSNESS AND RECIDIVISM, WHILE IMPROVING COMMUNITY WELL-BEING AND INDIVIDUAL SUCCESS. SPONSORS PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL, LONG-TERM, AND PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO APPROXIMATELY 600 PEOPLE EACH YEAR. ITS EVIDENCE-BASED SUPPORT PROGRAMS, WHICH INCLUDE EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, AND MENTORSHIP EXTEND TO MORE THAN 1500 LANE COUNTY RESIDENTS ANNUALLY.
