BIG SKY OWNERS ASSOCIATION IS A MASTER ASSOCIATION TYPE OF COMMON INTEREST REALTY ASSOCIATION ORGANIZED FOR ADMINISTERING THE COMMON PROPERTY AND PROVIDING SHARED SERVICES AND ASSESSING MEMBERS OF THE PARTICIPATING DEVELOPMENTS FOR THEIR PORTION OF THE RELATED EXPENSES.
