THE HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF BILLINGS IS COMMITTED TO MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM WITHIN THE BUILDING INDUSTRY THROUGH EDUCATION, NETWORKING, AND CIVIC INVOLVEMENT TO ACHIEVE A POSITIVE INVESTMENT FOR OUR MEMBERS AND OUR COMMUNITY.

THE HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF BILLINGS PROVIDES THE BILLINGS SCHOOL DISTRICT WITH A LEARN-BY-DOING VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FORUM. EACH YEAR 100-PLUS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS BUILD A HOUSE WHICH IS THEN PUT ON THE MARKET AND SOLD TO FUND THE FOLLOWING YEAR'S PROJECT. THE PROJECT IS FUNDED BY THE HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF BILLINGS AND ALL ASPECTS OF CONSTRUCTION ARE LED BY HBA VOLUNTEER MEMBERS. THE PROGRAM, IN LINE WITH THE HBA'S EDUCATION MISSION, TEACHES CHILDREN VALUABLE CAREER SKILLS THEY TAKE WITH THEM AFTER GRADUATION AND HELPS THE INDUSTRY BY PROVIDING A SOURCE FOR CONSTRUCTION LABOR. CURRENTLY, THERE ARE 2 LOTS - ONE WITH CURRENT CONSTRUCTION, AND ONE FOR FUTURE CONSTRUCTION.
ORGANIZATION OF ANNUAL PARADE OF HOMES SHOW. AS BILLINGS IS A PRIMARY RESOURCE FOR BUILDING INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS AND AFFILIATES, WE ARE COMMITTED TO MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM WITHIN THE INDUSTRY AND, IN LINE WITH OUR MISSION, CONTINUOUSLY ADVOCATE FOR THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO BUILD THE HOME OF THEIR DREAMS WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF RESTRICTION. THE ANNUAL PARADE OF HOMES SHOWCASES PROFESSIONAL BUILDING TECHNIQUES AND EDUCATES CONSUMERS ON TRENDS AND DESIGNS.
THE BUILDING & REMODELING EXPO IS A PLATFORM DESIGNED TO PRESENT CONSUMERS WITH EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS TO ASSIST WITH BUILDING AND/OR REMODELING NEEDS, AS WELL AS EDUCATE HOMEOWNERS OF THE LATEST INDUSTRY TRENDS, TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATIVE FINANCING OPTIONS, AND CHANGES IN STATE AND LOCAL CODES AND ORDINANCES. ALL PARTICIPATING VENDORS ARE MEMBERS OF THE HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF BILLINGS.
