GATEWAY COMMUNITY SERVICES IS AN OUTPATIENT COUNSELING CENTER SPECIALIZING IN THE MANAGEMENT AND TREATMENT OF SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS, INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING FOR ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS. TREATMENT PROGRAMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: OUTPATIENT - LEVEL ONE: INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT - LEVEL TWO; MINOR IN POSSESSION FOR YOUTHS WHO HAVE INCURRED AN INITIAL LIFE CONSEQUENCE AS A RESULT OF DRUG OR ALCOHOL USE; PRIME FOR LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS/ALCOHOL OR CHARGED WITH MISDEMEANOR DANGEROUS DRUG, TITLE IV-PARENTING PROGRAM AND PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMMING.
BLUE THUNDER LODGE IS A CLINICALLY MANAGED LOW INTENSITY RESIDENTIAL, EIGHT BED FACILITY IN GREAT FALLS, MONTANA FOR MEN WHO HAVE A SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND REQUIRE A STRUCTURED, SAFE, AND DRUG-FREE LIVING ENVIRONMENT. THE FACILITY COMBINES INDIVIDUAL SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT WITH ASSISTANCE TRANSITIONING BACK TO INDEPENDENT LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY AND DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE-LONG RECOVERY SKILLS IN A RESIDENTIAL THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY THAT ENCOURAGES PEER SUPPORT, PERSONAL INSIGHT AND GROWTH. ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS MUST BE A RESIDENT OF MONTANA, BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, FALL BELOW 200% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL, BE CAPABLE OF OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT WHILE RESIDING IN THE HOME AND MEET CLINICAL CRITERIA FOR ASAM 3.1 LEVEL OF CARE.
THE SELENE HOUSE (FORMERLY THE KALISPELL WOMEN'S RECOVERY HOME) IS A CLINICALLY MANAGED LOW INTENSITY RESIDENTIAL, EIGHT BED FACILITY IN KALISPELL, MONTANA FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE A SUBSTANCE USE DISCORDER AND REQUIRE A STRUCTURED, SAFE, AND DRUG-FREE LIVING ENVIRONMENT. AS OF JUNE 24, 2019, THE FACILITY IS OPERATED BY GATEWAY (IT WAS FORMERLY OPERATED UNDER THE FLATHEAD VALLEY CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY CLINIC) AND COMBINES INDIVIDUAL SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT WITH ASSISTANCE TRANSITIONING BACK TO INDEPENDENT LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY AND DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE-LONG RECOVERY SKILLS IN A RESIDENTIAL THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY THAT ENCOURAGES PEER SUPPORT, PERSONAL INSIGHT AND GROWTH.
