THE INCOME AND EXPENSES SHOWN HERE ARE PRIMARILY TWO MEETINGS HELD EACH YEAR. THESE MEETINGS ARE BOTH BUSINESS ORIENTED AND EDUCATIONALLY ORIENTED TO CARRYOUT THE GOALS OF THE SOCIETY. THE FIRST OCCURS IN NEW YORK CITY IN FEBRUARY AROUND THE BIRTHDAY OF GEORGE WASHINGTON. THE SECOND MEETING IS HELD IN NOVEMBER IN WASHINGTON DC AT ANDERSON HOUSE, THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTER OF THE CINCINNATI WHERE BUSINESS WITH THE SOCIETY IS CONDUCTED AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND POSSIBLE TOURS OCCUR. THE FORMER WAS HELD VIRTUALLY DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
THE NEW YORK STATE SOCIETY OF THE CINCINATI IS AFFILIATED WITH THE GENERAL SOCIETY OF CINCINNATI IS INVOLVED IN SIGNIFICANT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INVOLVED WITH THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR AND THE FOUNDERS OF THE NATION. ALL OF THE GRANTS MADE ARE FOR THE PUPOSE OF BENEFITING THE STUDY OF THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR.
