THE DOROTHY ROSS FRIEDMAN RESIDENCE, LOCATED AT 475 WEST 57TH STREET IN NEW YORK CITY, HAS 178 SHARED RESIDENTIAL UNITS PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO SPECIAL LOW-INCOME GROUPS INCLUDING SENIORS, WORKING PROFESSIONALS AND PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS. ON-SITE SOCIAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED, INCLUDING INFORMATION AND REFERRAL TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES, ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM ADVOCACY, COORDINATION OF HOME CARE AND MEDICAL SERVICES, OUTREACH, HEALTH EDUCATION, SUPPORT GROUPS.
