GLOBAL OUTREACH CHARTER ACADEMY (GOCA) PROVIDES A HIGH QUALITY, STANDARDS- BASED EDUCATION TO ALL STUDENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN TO 12TH GRADE, WHICH INCLUDES FOREIGN LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION. GOCA IS A TUITION FREE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL. GOCA RECEIVED APPROXIMATELY 5.50 MILLION IN FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. THE FEDERAL FUNDS WERE USED TO PAY FOR VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. ALSO, GOCA PROVIDED HOT LUNCHES AND BREAKFAST TO ITS STUDENTS, WHICH WAS SUPPORTED BY FEDERAL GRANT FUNDS. THE SCHOOL RECEIVED CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WHICH WAS USED TO PAY OCCUPANCY COSTS.
