TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AT NO COST TO RESIDENTS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND CONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY. TO PARTICIPATE IN GOVERNMENT HOUSING DESIGNED TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

IN 2020, THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED THE FINANCIAL CLOSING AND COMMENCED CONSTRUCTION ON THE SILER YARD PROJECT, A 65 UNIT AFFORDABLE RENTAL COMPLEX LOCATED IN SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO. WE CONTINUED TO REFINE OPERATIONS OF COLINA VISTA, OUR NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENT PROJECT IN CARLSBAD, NEW MEXICO. AS AN ORGANIZATION WE WORKED TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY RESPONSES TO THE COVID PANDEMIC AND HELPED ASSIST THE LOCAL HOUSING ADVOCACY COALITION TO CREATE RESOURCE DIRECTORIES FOR PEOPLE FACING HOUSING INSECURITY AS A RESULT OF THE PANDEMIC. WE ALSO WORKED ON PREDEVELOPMENT OF A POTENTIAL PROJECT IN GALLUP, NEW MEXICO THAT WAS PUT ON HOLD DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
