SAFE AND AFFORDABLE DRINKING WATER SOLUTIONS: THE SAFE AND AFFORDABLE DRINKING WATER SOLUTIONS PROGRAM WORKS TO ENSURE ALL COMMUNITIES HAVE ADEQUATE WATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY TO PROVIDE SAFE AND AFFORDABLE DRINKING WATER AND EXISTING AND NEW SOURCES OF FUNDING RESULT IN SAFE, RESILIENT AND AFFORDABLE DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROJECTS WORKS DIRECTLY WITH COMMUNITIES IN THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AND THE CENTRAL COAST THAT ARE PURSUING LONG-TERM DRINKING WATER SOLUTIONS OR ARE INVOLVED IN REGIONAL GROUNDWATER PLANNING EFFORTS TO PROVIDE PROJECT COORDINATION, AND PRIORITIZE TRANSPARENT AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY OUTREACH, ENGAGEMENT, AND EDUCATION THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
