THE ELKS LODGE ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE PROVIDING CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS, MEALS FOR VETERANS, VETERANS ACTIVITES, PAYING WATER BILLS FOR DISTRESSED MEMBERS, DONATING TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS SHARE THE HARVEST, THE CHILD ADVOCACY COUNCIL, AND SENIOR CENTERS. PROGRAM EXPENSES ARE ALSO USED TO PAY DUES TO THE NATIONAL AND STATE ORGANIZATION TO FULFILL THE PURPOSE AT A HIGHER LEVEL. PURCHASING CLUB SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF MEMEBERS AND MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDES FOR THE EXEMPT PURPOSE AS WELL.
