HOMEOWNERSHIP PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING TO TENANTS ASSOCIATIONS ENROLLED IN THE TENANT INTERIM LEASE (TIL) APARTMENT PURCHASE PROGRAM, AFFORDABLE NEIGHBORHOOD COOPERATIVE PROGRAM (ANCP).
