HAAMS PREMIUM ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PAP) PROVIDES ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE INSURANCE THROUGH THE ACA AND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ON A SLIDING SCALE FOR PREMIUM PAYMENTS FOR MUSICIAN CLIENTS EARNING 400 PERCENT OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL (FPL) OF BELOW.
