LATINITAS OFFERS MULTI-GENERATIONAL BILINGUAL STEAM EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES THAT EMBRACE CULTURAL DIVERSITY. LATINITAS SERVES THE CENTRAL TEXAS COMMUNITY WITH DIGITAL EQUITY TOOLS, CAREER EXPLORATION, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT CREATE SELF-SUSTAINING FAMILIES MEASURED BY IMPROVED ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY OUTCOMES. SINCE 2002, LATINITAS HAS HAD A VISION TO CREATE COURAGEOUS LEADERS AND INCREASE DIVERSE REPRESENTATION IN THE FIELDS OF MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY.

DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, LATINITAS HOSTED ITS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM, CLUB LATINITAS, IN 15 CAMPUSES IN AUSTIN AND SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS COMBINED. OUR AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM TARGETS STUDENTS AGES 9-14 YEARS OLD WITH STEM FOCUSED PROGRAMMING AS WELL AS CULTURAL IDENTITY/EXPLORATION CURRICULUM. FURTHERMORE, DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR , LATINITAS HOSTED 5 CHICA CONFERENCES IN AUSTIN AND SAN ANTONIO COMBINED FOR STUDENTS AGES 9-14. OUR CHICA CONFERENCES "STARTUP CHICA" FOCUSED ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP EXPLORATION AND CREATION THROUGH ONE DAY EVENTS. LASTLY, DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, LATINITAS LAUNCHED 5 WEEKS OF DIFFERENT THEMED SUMMER CAMPS: GAMING, DESIGN, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, FILMMAKING AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR STUDENTS AGES 9-14 YEARS OLD.
