THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION IS TO OPERATE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN OR UNDERPRIVILEGED YOUTH BY PROVIDING FUNDING FOR RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO THOSE WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE AT CAMPS, PROJECTS OR FORUMS LOCATED WITHIN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THAT ARE OPERATED OR ENDORSED BY LIONS INTERNATIONAL WHICH INCLUDES INDIVIDUAL LIONS CLUBS, LIONS DISTRICTS OR MULTIPLE DISTRICTS ALL OF WHICH ARE IN GOOD STANDING WITH LIONS INTERNATIONAL.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY OF 2022 THE CAMP OWNED AND OPEATED BY THE CALIFORNIA LIONS CAMP, A NON-PROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION WAS SOLD AND ANNOUNCE INTENT NOT TO CONTINUE OPPERATIONS. FOR 2022 THIT CORPORATION WILL FILE AS A PUBLIC CHARITY.
