OTHER AMOUNTS WERE GIVEN TO SCHOOLS WITH STIPULATION OF SPECIFIC USE SUCH AS DEFERRED MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS TO FACILITIES, INSTALLATION OF COMPUTERS, COUNSELING PROGRAMS, ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT AND FIELD IMPROVEMENTS. SCHOLARSHIPS WERE ALSO AWARDED FOR VARIOUS PRIVATE SCHOOLS.
