PROSPERA PARTNERS WITH LATINA ENTREPRENEURS TO LAUNCH BUSINESSES THAT FOSTER COOPERATION, ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE AND WELL-BEING IN IMMIGRANT COMMUNITIES. THROUGH OUR CULTURALLY-BASED PROGRAMS, LATINAS ACCESS THE NETWORKS, TOOLS AND CAPITAL THEY NEED TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OWNERS AND POWERFUL COMMUNITY LEADERS.

- WE OFFERED THREE EXPLORA COURSES IN 2022, ONE IN HYBRID FORMAT (ONLINE/IN PERSON). 76 PARTICIPANTS GRADUATED IN TOTAL.- WE PROVIDED 35 WORKSHOPS IN CRECE COMUNIDAD, WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF 180 ENTREPRENEURS. IN TOTAL, THERE WERE MORE THAN 450 DUPLICATED ATTENDANTS IN CRECE WORKSHOPS THIS YEAR. 102 CRECE PARTICIPANTS RECEIVED RESOURCES AND COMMUNICATIONS THROUGH THE CRECE COMUNIDAD WHATSAPP GROUP; 239 RECEIVED RESOURCES VIA EMAIL.- WE LAUNCHED A NEW PROGRAM, ACOMPAA, TO PROVIDE OUR MORE ADVANCED BUSINESSES WITH AN IN-DEPTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT, INDIVIDUALIZED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND REGULAR CHECK-INS WITH STAFF. WE ADMITTED TWO COHORTS TO THE PROGRAM, SERVING NINE WOMEN AND THEIR RESPECTIVE BUSINESSES.- WE PROVIDED 170 HOURS OF 1:1 TA TO 40 WOMEN.- FELLOWSHIP: CELIA ALVAREZ FINISHED HER FELLOWSHIP TERM. HER COOPERATIVE, DE COLORES COOPERATIVE CONSULTING, MORE THAN DOUBLED THEIR INCOME DURING THE FELLOWSHIP. JENNY CONEJO Y MARTHA FRANCO WERE ADMITTED TO THE 2-YEAR FELLOWSHIP IN 2022 AND CONTINUED ADVANCING THEIR PROJECTS.- WE CONTRACTED WITH 19 BILINGUAL AND BICULTURAL CONSULTANTS TO SUPPORT OUR CRECE, ACOMPAA AND FELLOWSHIP PARTICIPANTS WITH WORKSHOPS AND INDIVIDUAL TA.- MONITORING, EVALUATION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND LEARNING (MEAL): WE CONTINUED TO BUILD OUT A UNIFIED SYSTEM FOR MEAL. THANKS TO THIS WORK, IN 2022 WE REGISTERED, TRACKED, AND EVALUATED ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS USING FORMASSEMBLY AND SALESFORCE.- DURING 2022 WE HELD TWO MAJOR COMMUNITY EVENTS: "PODER FEMENINO: ENAMRATE DE TI." EVENT WITH SPEAKER ADRIANA MACIAS. OVER 75 PARTICIPANTS FROM THE BAY AREA ATTENDED THE ONLINE EVENT AND IT RECEIVED MEDIA ATTENTION THROUGH UNIVISION CONTIGO AND LATINABAYAREA.- PROSPERAS ANNUAL SUMMIT OF LATINA ENTREPRENEUR HAD 190 PEOPLE REGISTERED AND THE INVOLVEMENT OF 85 ATTENDEES.- THE COORDINATION AND PREPARATION OF THE PODCAST "PARA TODAS" RESULTED IN THE LAUNCH OF FOUR EPISODES IN 2022, ATTRACTING A CUMULATIVE AUDIENCE OF 268 LISTENERS.- COLLABORATING WITH THE VISIT.ORG TEAM, WORKSHOPS ON POWER AND PRIVILEGE WERE ORGANIZED, ALONG WITH THE PRESENTATION OF THE "POWER OF A DREAM" DOCUMENTARY TO VARIOUS COMPANIES AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, LEAVING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON 100 INDIVIDUALS.
