THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO HELP CANCER PATIENTS, CARE GIVERS AND FAMILIES FIGHT FOR THEIR RECOVERY ALONG WITH THEIR PHYSICIANS AND HEALTH CARE TEAMS BY PROVIDING FREE PROGRAMS THAT OFFER PSYCHOLOGICAL, SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.

THE ORGANIZATION HELPS PEOPLE AFFECTED BY CANCER, ENHANCE THEIR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN A PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM OF EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND HOPE. PROGRAMS INCLUDE PROFESSIONALLY LED SUPPORT GROUPS, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, NUTRITION AND EXERCISE PROGRAM, AND MIND/BODY CONNECTION CLASSES, ALL OF WHICH HELP THOSE AFFECTED BY CANCER LEARN VITAL SKILLS THAT ENABLE THEM TO REGAIN CONTROL, REDUCE ISOLATION AND RESTORE HOPE, REGARDLESS OF THE STAGE OF THEIR DISEASE.
