TO GENERATE AND DISTRIBUTE RESOURCES TO THE SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION.

THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF BOTH THE STUDENTS AND STAFF PERSONNEL OF THE SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT THROUGH THE ISSUANCE OF GRANTS FROM THE FOUNDATION TO SELECT INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES WHICH WERE NOT FUNDED BY THE NORMAL OPERATING BUDGET OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. THE FOUNDATION ALSO STRIVES TO RECOGNIZE AND ENCOURAGE STAFF EXCELLENCE AND TO EXPAND INVOLVEMENT IN SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT FROM INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE LOCATED IN THE SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.


THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED 13 SCHOLARSHIPS TO 8 STUDENTS WHO EXCELLED IN THE CLASSROOM.


THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED THE FUNDS FOR THE SPRING ISD SUPERENTENDANT'S INITIATIVE TO INCLUDE A WINTER WONDERLAND CHILDRENS' BOOK PROGRAM PROVIDING FREE BOOKS TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.


THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDED FUNDS FOR SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS AND HONOR GRADUATE RECOGNITION EVENTS.
