WE SELECT 45 TO 55 LEADERS TO EXPERIENCE AN INTENSIVE EDUCATION IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND IN THE HISTORY, CULTURE, AND DIVERSITY OF THE HOUSTON COMMUNITY.
