ORGANIZED SESSIONS WITH STATE OFFICIALSON CHP 313, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FUNDING, ELECTRIC GRID AND MEDICAID. TMO PARTICIPATED IN A STATEWIDE RALLY IN AUSTIN JOINING 350 LEADERS. DURING THE LAST MONTH OF THE STATE LEGISLATIVE SESSION MET WITH LEGISLATORS ON A WEEKLY BASIS. TMO WORKED WITH STATE OFFICIALS ON THE SUCCESSFUL RENEWAL OF CHP 313. WORKED WITH STATE OFFICIALS TO CONTINUE THE FUNDING FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. ORGANIZED MEETING WITH MAYOR TURNER, POLICE CHIEF ACEVEDO AND CURRENTLY CHIEF FINNER ON POLICE REFORM ISSUES.
