SUCH PROJECTS ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE PROPERTY CONSISTS OF 76 RENTAL UNITS LOCATED IN CATHEDRAL CITY, CALIFORNIA AND OPERATES UNDER THE NAME TIERRA DEL SOL.
