PROTOCOL SAFETY AND EFFICACY IS THE PRIMARY FOCUS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON STUDY DESIGN, PATIENT INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION CRITERIA, COLLECTION OF DATA AND TRACKING PATIENT OUTCOMES.
