THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL RECEIVE FUNDS FROM UNITED ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE CUSTOMERS AND FROM OTHER SOURCES AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE ORGANIZATION SHALL DISPENSE THESE FUNDS TO NEEDY PERSONS AND FAMILIES, AS WELL AS, MAKE CHARITABLE DONATIONS TO WORTHY ORGANIZATIONS AND CAUSES WITHIN THE SERVICE AREA OF UNITED ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE SERVICES, INC.
