TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE/TRAUMA SYSTEM PLAN, AND TO FACILITATE TRAUMA SYSTEM NETWORKING. TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE CONTINUUM OF QUALITY HEALTHCARE FOR ALL VICTIMS OF TRAUMA WITHIN THE TRAUMA SERVICE AREA H REGIONAL ADVISORY COUNCIL RESPONSE BOUNDARIES WITHOUT REGARD TO AGE, SEX, ETHNIC ORIGIN, DISABILITY, RELIGION, OR ABILITY TO PAY.

SUPPORT OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (EMS) IN EAST TEXAS - 8 SUPPORTED


SUPPORT OF A REGIONAL SUPPLY STATION THAT WILL BE USED TO RESUPPLY OXYGEN AND OTHER MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO ALL EMERGENCY PERSONNEL IN THE EVENT OF A DISASTER. WILL ALSO SUPPLY AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAILER EQUIPPED WITH MASS CASUALTY AND SURGE SUPPLIES.
