YOUTH COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMS: ADMINISTERS THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BASIC PROGRAMS: PROVIDES THE LITERATURE, MATERIALS, AND TECHNIQUES, AS WELL AS SERVICE TO LOCAL LEARNING FOR LIFE OFFICES; MANAGES THE GROWING VOLUNTEER TRAINING PROGRAMS OF LEARNING FOR LIFE AND HANDLES ALL NATIONAL PROGRAM SUPPORT. AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2022 THERE WERE 81,759 YOUTH PARTICIPANTS SERVED BY 11,253 ADULT LEADERS - A GRAND TOTAL PARTICIPATION OF 93,012.
