AERO VALLEY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION IS AN ORGANIZATION OPERATING EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL WELFARE. THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS AND OVERSEES THE RUNWAYS, TAXIWAYS, AND COMMON GROUNDS OF A PUBLIC AIRPORT USED BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF SEVERAL RURAL COMMUNITIES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THESE AIRPORT FACILITIES GREATLY SERVES TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WELFARE OF THESE COMMUNITIES.

TO GOVERN AND MANAGE NORTHWEST REGIONAL AIRPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL PROPERTIES WITHIN AIRPORT BOUNDARIES UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE DEED RESTRICTIONS AND THE ASSOCIATION'S BYLAWS. TO ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN PROPERTY AND FACILITIES FOR THE USE, ENJOYMENT, AND BENEFIT OF INDIVIDUALS WHO RESIDE WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA SERVED BY THE ASSOCIATION AS MAY BE ESTABLISHED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PURSUANT TO THE ASSOCIATION'S BYLAWS. TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE USE, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF NORTHWEST REGIONAL AIRPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA SERVED BY THE AIRPORT, AND ESTABLISHED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF USERS OF THE AIRPORT, INCLUDING THE FLYING PUBLIC, AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE BOARD. TO ACQUIRE OTHER PROPERTIES AND CONSTRUCT BUILDINGS FOR SUCH PURPOSES.
