JACARANDA KIDS: CARING FOR THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE CHILDREN IN SLUMS OF NAIROBI, BY PROVIDING SCHOOL FEES, SUPPLIES, UNIFORMS AND SHOES.- 200 CHILDREN & YOUTH RECEIVE SPONSORSHIP ASSISTANCE WITH SCHOOL FEES, WHICH INCLUDES DAILY LUNCH.- 30 YOUNG ADULTS ASSISTED WITH COLLEGE- 450 PAIRS OF SHOES PROVIDED, PLUS HIGHSCHOOL TRUNKS PROVIDED WITH BOARDING SUPPLIES- HUNDREDS OF FOOD BASKETS, PLUS ONGOING CARE FOR FAMILIES IN NEED OF FOOD & HOME VISITS, RENTS- FAMILIES VISITED IN THE SLUMS AND ASSESSED FOR NEEDS
