SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES TO IMPROVE COMPETENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM IN THE INDUSTRY. IN ADDITION, THEY PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MEMBERS AND THE RELATED PUBLIC TO MEET OTHER PERSONS IN THE INDUSTRY. THEY ALSO GENERATE PUBLIC AWARENESS AND INTEREST IN BUSINESS BROKERAGE.
EDUCATION COURSES THAT LEAD TO CERTIFICATION ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM CERTIFIES BUSINESS BROKERS AS HAVING MET THE COMPETENCE AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS REQUIRED, AS WELL AS A DESIGNATION THAT SUCH BROKERS ADHERE TO A CODE OF ETHICS.
