THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM CERTIFIES BUSINESS BROKERS AS HAVING MET THE COMPETENCE AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS REQUIRED, AS WELL AS A DESIGNATION THAT SUCH BROKERS ADHERE TO A CODE OF ETHICS.
