TO ADVANCE THE CAUSE OF APPROXIMATELY 660 MEMBERS BY REPRESENTING AND PROMOTING THE HARVESTING INDUSTRY, TO POSITIVELY INFLUENCE GOVERNMENT AND REGULATORY AGENCIES, TO ENHANCE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CUSTOM HARVESTERS, THEIR CLIENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TO THE INDUSTRY, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, TO MANAGE THE CHANGING LANDSCAPE WITHIN THE INDUSTRY WHILE ENHANCING THE PROFITABILITY OF CUSTOM HARVESTERS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THE ORGANIZATION USES VARIOUS CONVENTIONS, AUCTIONS, AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO FURTHER ITS MISSION OF PROMOTING THE HARVESTING INDUSTRY AND ENHANCING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN MEMBERS AND OTHERS IN THE INDUSTRY.
THE ORGANIZATION PUBLISHES A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER AND ANNUAL DIRECTORY TO ALERT MEMBERS OF APPLICABLE CURRENT EVENTS AFFECTING THEIR INDUSTRY. APPROXIMATELY 580 NEWSLETTERS ARE MAILED EACH MONTH.
CONVENTIONS ARE USED TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE MEMBERS' RELATIONS WITH EACH OTHER, CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, AND OTHER FARM ORGANIZATIONS; THE CONVENTIONS ARE ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 250 HARVESTER MEMBERS AND 110 ASSOCIATE MEMBERS.
