PROVIDED LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY TO THE ARTS IN FORT WORTH AND TARRANT COUNTY: FUNDED LOCAL ART ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH A COMPETITIVE GRANTS PROGRAM AND COMPREHENSIVE ARTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. SUPPORTED 30 ARTS ORGANIZATIONS THAT REACHED 1,324,851 INDIVIDUALS. FORTY-FIVE PERCENT OF PROGRAMMING WAS FREE TO PARTICIPANTS.
PUBLIC ART PROGRAM: MANAGED THE CITY OF FORT WORTH PUBLIC ART PROGRAM FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENHACING THE VISUAL ENVIRONMENT OF OUR CITY. SCOPE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT INCLUDED 50 PUBLIC ART PROJECTS IN VARIOUS STAGES OF COMPLETION; CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF 10 COMPLETED ARTWORKS IN THE COLLECTION, CONDUCTED 23 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MEETINGS, 41 PROJECT-SPECIFICE CORE TEAM/COMMUNITY MEETINGS; DEDICATED 2 ARTWORKS THROUGHOUT THE CITY.
