PROVIDED LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY TO THE ARTS IN FORT WORTH AND TARRANT COUNTY: FUNDED LOCAL ART ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH A COMPETITIVE GRANTS PROGRAM AND COMPREHENSIVE ARTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. SUPPORTED 26 ARTS ORGANIZATIONS THAT REACHED 954,931 INDIVIDUALS WITH IN-PERSON EVENTS, 27,993,401 WITH ONLINE PRESENTATIONS. AN AVERAGE OF 50% OF PROGRAMMING WAS FREE TO PARTICIPANTS.
PUBLIC ART PROGRAM: MANAGED THE CITY OF FORT WORTH PUBLIC ART PROGRAM FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENHANCING THE VISUAL ENVIRONMENT OF OUR CITY. SCOPE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT INCLUDED 45 PUBLIC ART PROJECTS IN VARIOUS STAGES OF COMPLETION; CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF OVER 150 COMPLETED ARTWORKS IN THE COLLECTION; CONDUCTED 33 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MEETINGS, AND 45 PROJECT-SPECIFIC CORE TEAM/COMMUNITY MEETINGS.
