JACKSON LIVING CENTER PROVIDES INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENTS FOR THE ELDERLY. IN TOTAL, CAPACITY AT JULIETTE FOWLER COMMUNITIES, INC IS 144 RESIDENTS.
CHILDREN, YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES:THIS PROGRAM CONSISTS OF A FOSTER CARE PROGRAM FOR PLACEMENT OF CHILDREN IN FOSTER HOMES AND THE EBBY HOUSE, A RESIDENTIAL HOME FOR YOUNG WOMEN WHO HAVE AGED OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.
