WHICH WAS USED IN AND AROUND THE CITY OF BELLVILLE, TEXAS FOR PLANTER BOXES, FLOWER BEDS, AND SHRUBS AS BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY OF BELLVILLE, TEXAS.
