GRADUATES OF THE HEART OF TEXAS FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF MINISTRY ARE ALLOWED TO SERVE THEIR PEERS AS FIELD MINISTERS THROUGHOUT THE TEXAS PRISON SYSTEM.
