TCMA HELD TWO WORKSHOPS, WILLIAM KING COLE WORKSHOP AND CITY PROBLEM SOLVING CLINICS. THESE WORKSHOPS DISCUSS CITY MANAGEMENT, CURRENT TRENDS IN MUNICIPAL FINANCE AND PERSONNEL ISSUES, AND ISSUES RELATED TO EFFICIENT CITY GOVERNANCE.
