HAWAII RUSH SOCCER IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING AN UNPARALLELED SOCCER EXPERIENCE FOR ALL WHO HAVE INTERESTS IN THE GAME OF SOCCER. THE RUSH PROMOTES SPORTSMANSHIP, COMPETITION AND ENJOYMENT OF THE GAME. THE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPS AND ADMINISTERS PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL SOCCER AMONG YOUTH BETWEEN THE AGES OF SIX AND NINETEEN. PROGRAMS INCLUDE PLAYER AND COACH TRAINING, LEAGUE PARTICIPATION AND TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION.

HAWAII RUSH SOCCER USES CLINIC AND IN-CLUB TRAINING TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN YOUTH SOCCER PLAYERS AND COACHES, SUPPORTS SOCCER PLAYERS IN PREPARING FOR THE SPORT AT A COLLEGIATE LEVEL, AND SUPPORTS AND DEVELOPS YOUTH AND ADULT INTEREST IN THE SPORT. THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINED AN ESTIMATED 680 MEMBERS WITH 75 TEAMS, CONSISTING OF YOUTH (AGES 3-19) AND ADULTS. THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS YEAR-ROUND PRACTICE AND TRAINING FOR ITS YOUTH TEAMS AND HAS TEAMS ON OAHU, KAUAI, MAUI AND HAWAII. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS POST-SECONDARY SPORTS PARTICIPATION AND PREPARATION FOR ITS MEMBERS BY UTILIZING A COLLEGE FIT FINDER THAT PROVIDES GUIDANCE ON DEVELOPING WRITING SKILLS FOR COLLEGE SUBMISSIONS, AS WELL AS PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR MEMBERS TO HIGHLIGHT THEIR SOCCER SKILLS FOR COLLEGE RECRUITMENT AND SPORTS SCHOLARSHIPS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL AID ANNUALLY TO ASSIST MEMBERS WITH MEMBER DUES. DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, 27 MEMBERS RECEIVED FINANCIAL AID.
