CONDUCT ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES AND ADVOCATE FOR POSITIONS ADDRESSING THE SPECIAL NEEDS, ISSUES, AND CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE STATE'S VOLUNTARY HOSPITALS. FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE GENERAL BUSINESS WELFARE OF VOLUNTARY HOSPITALS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS IN ALL PHASES OF THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. ENCOURAGE THE INTRODUCTION OF SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICES, STUDY COMMON INDUSTRY PROBLEMS AND DISSEMINATE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE VOLUNTARY HOSPITAL MEMBERS.
