RESEARCH - PROVIDING TISSUES FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH. THE EYE BANK DONATES EYE TISSUE FOR TRANSPLANTS, RESEARCH AND TEACHING FOR WHICH THEY INCUR PROCESSING COSTS. THEY SOMETIMES RECEIVE MINIMAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THESE SERVICES.
