BIBLE SCHOOL - A NON-DENOMINATIONAL BIBLE SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR COLLEGE AGE STUDENTS, THE TWO-YEAR COURSE IS DESIGNED TO MOVE STUDENTS TOWARDS AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE INDWELLING PERSON OF JESUS CHRIST THROUGH THE STUDY AND APPLICATION OF GODS WORD. THE STUDENTS SPEND TWENTY-TRHEE HOURS OF CLASS PER WEEK LEARNING ABOUT CHRIST THROUGH THE BIBLE AND GUEST AND RESIDENT LECTURERS. THE CURRICULUM IS IN PART A STUDY OF THE OLD AND NEW TESTAMENTS, PLUS SPEAKING METHODS, DISCIPLESHIP, MISSIONS AND EVANGELISM, WORLDVIEWS, AND PRINCIPLES OF CHRISTIAN LIVING. EACH WEEK EVERY STUDENT IS ALSO INVOLVED IN AN OUTREACH TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, WHICH INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO MENTORING IN THE LOCAL SCHOOLS, VISISTING NURSING HOMES, AND ORGANIZING AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS FOR CHILDREN.
SUMMER CAMP - NON-DENOMINATIONAL CHRISTIAN CAMP PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN 6 THROUGH 18 YEARS OF AGE. 9 WEEKS ARE OVERNIGHT CAMPS, AND ONE WEEK IS FOR DAY CAMPS. WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY 100 KIDS PER WEEK PARTICIPATING IN THE MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP SKILLS IN ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SWIMMING, CANOEING, CLIMBING, RAPPELLING, TEAM CHALLENGES, HORSE BACK RIDING, ARCHERY, ARTS & CRAFTS, BASKETBALL, DODGE BALL, AND TENNIS. THE CHILDREN ALSO ENJOY LARGE GROUP GAMES, CAMP SONGS, WEEKLY THEMES, AND INSPIRATIONAL BIBLE TEACHING. FOR TWO OUT OF THE 9 WEEKS WE HAVE SCHOLARSHIP WEEK FOR UNDERPRIVILIDGED KIDS FROM THE INNER CITY AND OTHER MINISTRIES.
