EQUINE-ASSISTED ACTIVITIES: PROVIDED HORSEMANSHIP AND RIDING SKILLS FOR 151 INDIVIDUALS WITH VARIED DISABILITIES WITH THE GOAL OF INCREASING FUNCTIONAL LIFE SKILLS.


EQUINE-ASSISTED LEARNING: PROVIDED HORSEMANSHIP INCLUSION CAMPS DURING THE SUMMER FOR CHILDREN WITH DIFFERING ABILITIES AND PROVIDED SUMMER CAMPS FOR AT-RISK YOUTH. HIGHER LEARNING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: MANAGED TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY COURTNEY CARES EQUINE THERAPEUTIC PROGRAM AND PROVIDED CLASSROOM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING THROUGH HANDS ON LABS WITH CLIENTS AND HORSES.


ROCK ON VETERANS: PROVIDED ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS AND VETERANS WITH INJURIES FROM MILITARY SERVICE WITH EQUINE-ASSISTED ACTIVITIES AND EQUINE-ASSISTED LEARNING TO HELP IMPROVE SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY, RELATIONSHIP BUILDING, TRUST AND FOCUS ON PARTICIPATION BACK IN SOCIETY AND REINTEGRATION. DURING THIS YEAR, 156 VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WERE SERVED BY THIS PROGRAM.


EQUINE-ASSISTED THERAPY: PROVIDED PHYSICAL AND SPEECH-LANGUAGE THERAPY FOR 23 RIDERS WITH VARIED DISABILITIES.
