THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE HCMS COUGAR CLUB IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO HILL COUNTRY MIDDLE SCHOOL STAFF, TEACHERS AND STUDENTS. ALL FUNDS DONATED TO AND RAISED BY THE HCMS COUGAR CLUB ARE SPENT ON ITEMS AND SERVICES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HILL COUNTRY MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS, STAFF, AND CAMPUS.

IMPROVEMENTS: THE HCMS COUGAR CLUB REHABILITATED/IMPROVED A LARGE OUTDOOR SPACE ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS. THIS INCLUDED "ASTRO-TURF" STYLE GOUND COVER, SHADE STRUCTURES, AND APPROXIMATELY 20 OUTDOOR SEATING UNITS FOR APPROXIMATELY 80 STUDENTS.
TEACHER/STAFF SUPPORT - THE HCMS COUGAR CLUB SPENT $32,231 TO SUPPORT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXCELLENCE OF THE HCMS FACULTY AND STAFF AND TO PROVIDE RESOURCES FOR THE CONTINUING EDUCATION.
THE HCMS COUGAR CLUB USES ALL EXCESS MONIES TO PURCHASE ITEMS REQUESTED BY HCMS STAFF AND TEACHERS FOR USE FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS.
