* RADIANT G CIRCLES: RADIANT G CIRCLES (FORMERLY GIRL CONNECT GROUPS) REPRESENT THE LARGEST WAY THAT THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION COMES TO LIFE. RADIANT G CIRCLES CONSIST OF SELF-EFFICACY BUILDING GROUPS FOR GIRLS IN GRADES 3-12 THAT MEET WEEKLY FOR THE DELIVERY OF RADIANT G CURRICULUM MODULES IN THEIR SCHOOL OR COMMUNITY SPACE. STAFF CUSTOMIZE A GROUP FORMAT THAT MEETS THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF THE GIRLS AT EACH SPECIFIC CAMPUS; INCLUDING SMALL GROUPS, WORKSHOPS, AND ASSEMBLIES. PROGRAM PARTNERS FREQUENTLY REFER GIRLS WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY BUILDING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS OR REGULATING THEIR EMOTIONS, TRUANCY, FIGHTING, SELF-HARM, ANXIETY, INVOLVEMENT WITH THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM, ETC.* SPARK CHANGE PROJECT: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A MISSION TO CENTER GIRLS OF COLOR AS LEADERS IN ADVOCACY WHO DISCOVER THEIR ACTIVIST VOICES, AND GALVANIZE THEIR PEERS TO ENGAGE IN THEIR OWN PASSIONS FOR POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE.* CAMP: THE ORGANIZATIONS SUMMER DAY CAMP SERVED GIRLS IN GRADES ENTERING 3RD-8TH. CAMP GIRLS PARTICIPATED IN FUN, INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS DURING TWO WEEK-LONG SESSIONS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO IGNITE THE POWER IN GIRLS AND TEACH THEM SKILLS TO THRIVE AND BELIEVE IN THEIR ABILITY TO BE UNSTOPPABLE. GIRLS WHO JOINED THE SUMMER DAY CAMP GAINED NEW SKILLS, NEW FRIENDSHIPS, AND A NEW SENSE OF SELF.* WE ARE GIRLS ON THE ROAD: WE ARE GIRLS ON THE ROAD IS A SHORTENED AND SIMPLIFIED VERSION OF OUR TRADITIONAL CONFERENCES; DELIVERED AS A SERIES OF SINGLE SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES.
